I read every message that comes through Visitus personally. The contact form below is the fastest way to reach me, whether you have a question about a guide, a correction to suggest, or a partnership idea to discuss. I aim to reply within one to two working days, usually in the mornings from Monday to Friday, Lisbon time.
Here is what tends to land in my inbox, and what I am happy to help with:
- Content corrections and updates. If an opening time, a ferry schedule, a price, or a link no longer matches reality, tell me the page URL and what changed. I value these messages and act on them quickly.
- Reader questions. Planning a trip and stuck on a detail a guide did not cover? Ask. I cannot plan a full itinerary for you, but I can usually point you toward the right region, season, or route.
- Press and interviews. Journalists, podcasters, and researchers writing about Portugal travel are welcome to get in touch. Please include your outlet, deadline, and the angle you are working on.
- Partnership and sponsorship inquiries. See the advertising page first, then write to me with your brand, the kind of collaboration you have in mind, and your timing.
You are welcome to write in English, Portuguese, or French, whichever you are most comfortable in. Messages sent through the form are handled in line with our privacy policy: I use them only to answer you, and I do not add you to any mailing list.
